Where can I find information on shelf life or shelf life after opening?

Where can I find information on the mortarability and probe accessibility?

If the medicinal product has been tested for mortarability and tube accessibility, you will find this information in the instructions for use. You can send special requests for a product to our Medical Information department: medizinische.information@woerwagpharma.com

Can a product still be taken/used after the expiry date?

A medicine or food supplement from Wörwag Pharma can be taken/used until the end of the specified expiry date (i.e. until the end of the specified month). The preparation must then be disposed of properly. Taking/using the product after the expiry date is not recommended. 

Can a preparation still be taken after storage under different storage conditions?

When storing and transporting medicines, the storage temperature specified on the instructions for use must be observed. Medicines that have not been stored properly should no longer be used and should be disposed of. If you have any questions, please contact your pharmacy. 

How can I receive treatment advice or recommendations? 

Please understand that we are not allowed to give patient-specific therapy and dosage recommendations due to legal requirements. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact your treating medical professional or pharmacy. They can take individual factors such as your state of health into account and advise you personally.
