Where can I find the availability status of Wörwag Pharma products? 

We will be happy to inform you about the availability of our products on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. by e-mail customerservice@woerwagpharma.com or by telephone 07031-6204-37.

Who provides information about current special offers? 

Our pharmacy sales force will be happy to inform you about current special offers. If you have any questions, please contact your responsible contact person or our internal sales team by e-mail at vertrieb@woerwagpharma.com.

How can I place my orders?

We will be happy to take your order. The following methods are available to you: 

  • Via MSV3 (DAFÜ); registration is required

  • Via PharmaMall

  • By telephone via your responsible contact person or our order entry department 07031 6204-37 

  •  Via e-mail to customerservice@woerwagpharma.com

What delivery times can I expect for bank transfer orders? Who do I contact if I have questions about delivery?

We usually process all incoming orders on the same day, but no later than the following working day. The order is then processed directly from our warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If your order is fully available, you can expect a delivery time of around one to two working days.

If you have any questions about the current delivery status of your order, our Customer Service team will be happy to help. You can reach us by telephone on 07031-6204-37 or by e-mail at customerservice@woerwagpharma.com. Please have your customer number, order number and order type (telephone, e-mail, fax, IFAP) ready.

Please inform us immediately of any changes to your bank details to avoid unnecessary delays in transfers.  

Invoices are issued at the time of delivery of the goods. The invoice will be sent separately. Credit notes will be offset against the next invoice.
